Help & FAQ

How the platform works, what happens to your tokens at every step, and where to go when something looks wrong.

How it works

1. Connect a wallet

Sign in by proving ownership of a wallet address. No email, no password. Brand-new in-browser accounts get a recovery key — save it, it is the only way back in.

2. Top up tokens

Buy platform tokens from the portal on your profile. Your balance is the ledger used for entry fees, prizes and withdrawals.

3. Join or host a match

Host a tournament with your own entry fee, player count and payout terms, or join an open lobby. Entry fees move straight into escrow.

4. Get paid automatically

When results are confirmed, escrow settles: the platform fee is deducted and the remainder credits the winner instantly.

Frequently asked questions

What happens to my entry fee before the game starts?
It sits in a tournament escrow balance. Until the lobby fills, you can leave the tournament and get a full refund. Once the lobby locks, escrow is frozen until settlement.
What if the lobby never fills?
Pending tournaments expire automatically and every participant is refunded in full. Locked matches with no result after 72 hours are voided and refunded.
How are results decided?
Match results are ingested from the game feed and matched to registered player handles. Add your in-game handles in Settings so results can be attributed to you.
I think a result is wrong. What can I do?
Open a dispute from the tournament page within 48 hours of settlement. Admins can reverse a settlement and re-run the payout if the dispute is upheld.
How do withdrawals work?
Request a withdrawal from the token portal. Requests are queued, capped per 24 hours, and processed manually for safety. You can track the status on the same page.
How do I play responsibly?
Settings lets you set a daily spend limit that is enforced server-side, and you can close your account at any time once you have no active tournaments.
Who can play?
Players 18 and over who accept the Terms. Skill-based competition only — nothing here is a game of chance.

Still stuck?

For payout or result problems, raise a dispute on the tournament page first — it goes straight to the review queue with the match record attached. For anything else, email andrew@leanengineering.io.
