Terms of Service

You must be at least 18 years old and legally permitted to take part in paid skill-based competitions where you live. We may suspend or close accounts that cannot meet this requirement.

Outcomes are determined by player performance in the selected game. Prize pools are funded solely by participant entry fees, are fixed before a lobby locks, and no house wager or chance-based mechanic is offered.

ARC is a platform utility credit used for entry fees and prizes. It is not an investment, carries no ownership rights, and no yield or appreciation is promised.

Entry fees are held in a locked tournament escrow. Once a verified result is recorded, the platform fee is deducted and the remaining pool is disbursed to the winner(s) under the payout terms shown before you joined.

Unfilled lobbies expire and are refunded in full. Locked lobbies with no reported result are voided and refunded automatically after 72 hours.

Cheating, account sharing, match fixing, multi-accounting and result manipulation are prohibited. We may suspend accounts, void tournaments and reverse settlements where we find evidence of abuse.

Participants can raise a dispute for up to 48 hours after a result. Payouts of a disputed tournament may be held or reversed while our team reviews the match data.

Withdrawal requests are reviewed before processing and are subject to rolling daily limits and account standing. Rejected requests are refunded to your balance.

You can set an optional self-imposed daily spend limit from your profile. Once set, the platform blocks purchases and entries that would exceed it.

When these terms change materially we publish a new version and ask you to accept it before you continue playing.
