Privacy Policy
What Arcadium stores about you, why we store it, and the control you have over it.
What we collect
Your wallet address, an optional display name and avatar, the in-game names you save, your ARC balance and transaction ledger, the tournaments you host or join, disputes you raise, withdrawal requests, and notifications sent to you.
Why we collect it
To authenticate you, run tournaments and escrow, match external game results to the right player, process withdrawals, investigate fair-play reports, and meet our record-keeping obligations.
What is public
Your wallet address, display name, tournament participation, and leaderboard standing are visible to other players. Your balance, ledger, notifications and withdrawal history are private to you and our admin team.
Sharing
We do not sell your data. Game result data is exchanged with the game publisher APIs needed to verify a match. Infrastructure providers process data on our behalf.
Retention
Financial records are retained for as long as required for audit and dispute handling. Read notifications are purged after 90 days; login challenges are purged continuously.
Your controls
You can export your full ARC ledger as CSV from your history page, edit or remove your display name and saved in-game names, and set a self-imposed daily spend limit at any time.
